Initial Rules of Forum

• Any levels of posting (under-grad, post-grad and professional levels) are welcome.
• Default forum languages are English and Myanmar.Other languages are allowed on comment of moderator.
• Moderator has full-right to comment out before publishing the the post which will be seen by only admins and moderators.
• Poster has right to delete or edit his own post. But any posting must obey forum rules and request from moderators and editors.
• Postings, commentings and replies are allowed only for the members registered on edu.structsoftlab.com, cse4civil.888 or civil-uni.com.
